Overview
The Customer Success Executive is responsible for managing customer enquiries and orders made through the MessengerCo gifting platform. The role combines sales initiative with service excellence - guiding customers from enquiry to order confirmation while ensuring a smooth, joyful experience aligned with MessengerCo’s brand tone.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via the MessengerCo platform, Wati, and other digital channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, customisation, and packaging options.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, lead time, stock availability, printing methods, and delivery options.
- Follow up on quotations and actively drive order confirmation and payment closure.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and design teams to ensure smooth handover and fulfilment.
- Maintain updated customer records, track order progress, and ensure timely communication throughout.
- Support marketing campaigns or platform promotions by assisting customers in product selection.
- Deliver consistent, professional, and friendly customer communication that reflects MessengerCo’s brand values.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Customer-focused mindset with proactive follow-up and closing ability.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of printing methods, materials, and gifting options (training provided).Prior experience in sales support, online customer service, or B2B gifting is an advantage.Details
