What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large size customer accounts, monitoring performance and usage metrics to ensure successful product adoption.
• Lead post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth, effective, and timely go-live.
• Develop in-depth product and domain knowledge to effectively present relevant features that meet customer needs.
• Identify adoption and service blockers early and develop strategies to overcome them for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maintain a strong service offering and maximize value for customers.
• Advocate for customers by solving challenges and providing feedback to internal teams, especially the Product team.
• Drive usage and growth by identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and supporting customer growth with tangible value and outcomes.
• Master the technical aspects of the platform to guide customers effectively.
