Your Role :
You will be assisting clients with administrative and advisory services, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with relevant policies and regulations to provide high-quality service. Attention to detail and accuracy will be key in delivering excellent results.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage client applications and related documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients to collect necessary documents and ensure all required materials are properly prepared.
- Provide guidance on proper documentation and offer advisory support based on a strong understanding of applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with follow-ups after document processing within the company's response time.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics, or a related field.Strong verbal communication skills in CN and proficient written English.At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.No prior experience in this field is required as on-the-job training will be provided.Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of digital documents.Ability to plan workload effectively and meet deadlines.If you are interested to apply, kindly submit your updated resume in DOC / PDF format and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
