Senior Consultant - TCMG at HTC Global Services

Core Requirements

• Leadership first : Strong team management skills (2–5 years leading teams).
• Functional awareness : Basic understanding of Configuration Management and PLM systems (Windchill, Oracle, Siemens, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) – awareness, not deep expertise.
• No need to be a functional SME ; the role is 70% leadership, 30% functional knowledge .
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills to liaise with multiple sites and prioritize urgent issues.
• Experience level : Target candidates with ~5–7 years of total experience (not senior veterans with 15–20 years).
• Industry exposure : Manufacturing and / or R&D background would be ideal for this role.

3. Working Arrangement

6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Hybrid : 3 days office, 2 days work from home
