Audit Senior / Assistant Manager

Overview

We are seeking for zealous and aspiring individuals to join our Audit team for Forvis Mazars. You will be expected to work closely with team members and under guidance from your superiors on audit engagements which may include planning, performing, and concluding the engagement. You will also work closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are looking for candidates to contribute to audit engagements and help maintain high standards of service delivery within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and / or review of audit documentation for corporate governance and financial reporting.
• Execute assigned engagement-related tasks in compliance with professional standards.
• Propose resolutions to significant accounting and auditing issues.
• Review information accompanying the assurance report in accordance with applicable framework.
• Work with the senior management team in maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Work to strict deadlines and within agreed-upon budgets, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
