SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE

How many years’ experience do you have as a Sales Administration Executive? What’s your expected monthly basic salary? Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with? Do you have previous invoicing experience? Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of ISO 9001?
Responsibilities
- To assist HOD for data collection, report preparation, coordination with other department, etc.
- To coordinate with Sales Personnel & internal parties on goods requisition, document requisition and delivery arrangement.
- To issue Customer Order, Delivery Order & Invoice based on customer’s PO.
- To prepare courier consignment note for the courier of sample, goods, etc.
- To monitor the expiration dates of customer’s MIDA & LMW License and liaise with Sales Personnel for its renewal copies.
- To distribute monthly account statement to customers.
- To handle call-in enquiries and distribute it to Sales Personnel.
- To make stock adjustment (do Miscellaneous Issue) in ERP.
- Handle petty cash for driver’s expenses.
- Monitor and arrange Puspakom Inspection and any other lorry affairs.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
