Lead Financial Controller

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Group Controlling, entity controllers, and auditors, ensuring accurate reporting and driving process improvements. Welcome to Group Controlling & Reporting You’ll be part of our Group Controlling team, delivering compliant, high-quality, and timely financial reporting to Group Finance. You’ll also work closely with auditors to ensure documentation is delivered according to plan. You’ll play an important role in : ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for your Business Unit, including controlling consolidated Group numbers for internal stakeholders performing technical accounting controlling, primarily under IFRS leading Business Unit audits and maintaining close dialogue with external auditors driving continuous improvements to ensure efficient and compliant processes implementing standard processes and strengthening the Controlling Framework acting as a trusted collaborator for internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in the role, you : have a master’s degree or equivalent in auditing have solid experience in auditing and financial controlling in an international setting have deep knowledge of IFRS and a hands-on approach to problem-solving have a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit are independent, responsible, and results oriented possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
