Warehouse Supervisor

Work experience (including technical / professional training and qualification).

Qualification : Diploma in Materials Management would be desirable.

Experience : Having 6-8 years of experience in the Stores and Inventory Management – Inventory Control, Receipt, Issue and storage, delivery and maintain Store records.

Competency : Excellent leadership and man management skills. Preferably exposure to SAP system based working. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making and commercially aware.

Job responsibilities :

• Responsible for the daily organization, management and coordination to ensure the business operate smoothly.

2.   Responsible in training, manage physical operations of operators, ensure material safety, neatly and well organize. Material storage need to fulfill '3 protect' and 6S requirement. Conduct Cycle count and feedback immediate is material discrepancies found.

4.  Assist superior to execute business processes and management systems, implement corporate and department management processes, rules and regulations, and make rational recommendations for areas that need to be improved

5.  Assist superior to implement the improvement programs and measures in the department to ensure the normal and effective operation of the department
