Finance Commercial Lead

JOB TYPE : 6 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overseeing commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value.
• Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Develop and implement innovative financial strategies to enhance client value.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in financial management.
• Continuously assess and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
