Our services are broadly categorized into the following segments : Valuation (business / shares, intangible assets, financial reporting fair value, litigation support) Deal Advisory (M&A deal advisory & support, transaction structuring, investment appraisal, etc.) Strategy (Corporate and capital market advisory, business plan, feasibility / market studies, financial modeling, etc.) Responsibilities :

As part of the Corporate Finance team, you will work with deal and strategy advisors to assist private and public organizations in achieving their growth and deal objectives. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will manage and drive project delivery across service segments based on your experience. Your scope includes : Valuation

Lead project teams in reviewing business models, key drivers, and valuation assumptions. Review financial analyses, projections, and benchmarking exercises. Oversee qualitative assessments of industry outlooks and risk factors. Prepare valuation reports and technical documentation. Deal and Strategy Advisory

Understand client needs and assist in solution design. Lead qualitative assessments including financial projections, market studies, and investment appraisals. Conduct market research and risk analysis. Support deal structuring and capital market advisory. General Responsibilities : Participate in brainstorming sessions and client meetings. Manage communications with clients and stakeholders. Lead report and deliverable preparation. Assist in project pitches. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in accounting, finance, CFA, or economics. 5-7 years of relevant experience in assurance, transaction services, strategy, valuation, or financial modeling. Strong project management and leadership skills. Self-motivated, independent, with analytical and communication skills. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office tools. Seniority level
