We are looking for an analytical and solutions‑driven Operations Specialist with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to help grow our ride‑hailing operations in Kuala Lumpur.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create and Optimize Processes : Identify the most efficient ways to run operations.
• Collaborate : Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements.
• Supply Management : Manage the driver acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously.
• Data Analysis : Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilisation.
• Strategy Development : Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges.
• Partnership Building : Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth.
