Role Requirements :

• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia (valid IC required)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Experience in chat, email, or call support is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Penang
• Comfortable with rotating 24 / 7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Expected Salary : RM2,800 – RM3,300 (based on experience)

Additional night shift allowance and KPI incentives may apply
