About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills, with experience in billing and pricing applications, preferably TBMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements for transaction and billing management systems.
- Support, maintain, and enhance the TBMS platform, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to design and implement system changes.
- Manage application configurations, perform impact analysis, and support system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to billing, pricing, and transaction processing.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to support and development teams.
