Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for transaction and billing management systems.
• Support, maintain, and enhance the TBMS platform, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to design and implement system changes.
• Manage application configurations, perform impact analysis, and support system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to billing, pricing, and transaction processing.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to support and development teams.
