At Universal Traveller, we equip travellers with reliable luggage and stylish winter apparel, designed to inspire confident journeys. As we continue to expand across digital channels and marketplaces, we're looking for a dynamic, data-driven Senior Executive, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce to elevate our online presence and drive growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand website).
  • Maximize e-Commerce sales through digital marketplace across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia namely UT E-Commerce (international & local), Shopee, Lazada, Zalora & etc.
  • Ensure accurate and appealing product listings with up-to-date inventory and pricing.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and customer service KPIs.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for platform ads, shipping integrations, etc.
  • Handling customer queries and feedbacks account reviews and providing the best customer experience.
  • Plan and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Analyze data from GA4, Meta, and platform dashboards to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for seasonal campaigns, sales, and promotional strategies.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce compelling digital assets for e-commerce and paid ads.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all digital platforms.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree holders in marketing, business or mass communications or equivalent with Minimum 3 year's experience in digital marketing / e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge on online technology, particularly including blogs, social networks and other emerging trends including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagrams etc.
  • Experience in marketplace management like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada would be a plus;
  • Strong communication, research, social media, interactive, public relations skills.
  • Must be creative, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong background in managing social media.
  • Possess excellent English written, verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Willing to work beyond normal office hour during promotional campaign.
