Job Responsibilities

  • To be jointly accountable for branch operational expenses and sales targets
  • To ensure lead generation process in manage effectively
  • To assist BM in acquiring new to bank customers and customer retention
  • To share contribution on sales force productivity and other staff performance
  • To ensure all operational procedures comply with manuals and other banking rules

  • To maintain high standard branch aesthetic
  • Identify and escalate risks inherent in particular situations or transactions Assess, control,
  • monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial

  • Conduct business and day to day activities contributing to a 'no surprise' compliance culture
  • by ensuring adherence to the Group's AML programme policies and procedures

  • To assist BM in managing staff licensing requirement and succession planning
  • To ensure sales staff have Continuous Professional Development.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in any field or equivalent banking industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years in branch operations, service and basic sales knowledge
  • Experience in banking industry on sales and marketing is added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and accounting skills
  • Good understanding of banking regulatory
