Job Responsibilities

To be jointly accountable for branch operational expenses and sales targets
To ensure lead generation process in manage effectively
To assist BM in acquiring new to bank customers and customer retention
To share contribution on sales force productivity and other staff performance
To ensure all operational procedures comply with manuals and other banking rules

regulations

To maintain high standard branch aesthetic

Identify and escalate risks inherent in particular situations or transactions Assess, control,

monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial

Conduct business and day to day activities contributing to a 'no surprise' compliance culture

by ensuring adherence to the Group's AML programme policies and procedures

To assist BM in managing staff licensing requirement and succession planning

To ensure sales staff have Continuous Professional Development.

Job Requirements

Bachelors' degree in any field or equivalent banking industry experience

Minimum 3 years in branch operations, service and basic sales knowledge

Experience in banking industry on sales and marketing is added advantage

Excellent verbal and accounting skills

Good understanding of banking regulatory
