About the role

The Partnership Manager will develop and manage strategic collaborations that expand Fableration’s reach across creative industries and blockchain ecosystems. This role requires both commercial acumen and an ability to connect creative projects with Web3 platforms, communities, and technology partners, strengthening Fableration’s position under the CloudTech Group umbrella.

What you'll be doing

Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that complement our brand and product offerings
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver co-branded campaigns, digital activations, and community-driven experiences
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote and leverage our partner relationships
Monitor and analyse partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and identify new partnership prospects

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably within Web3 ecosystems, tokenized communities, and blockchain platforms will be prioritized

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnership agreements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, tokenized communities, and blockchain platforms will be prioritized
