We're Hiring : Service Development Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service?

Join our growing team as a Service Development Assistant, where your work supports real client success through well-structured processes and meaningful communication.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities) :

  • Delivering Exceptional Support : Handle customer tasks via with clarity, speed, and care (no cold calls required).
  • Advising Better Solutions : Understand the customer's needs and advise them on more effective or time-saving options based on their project stage—so they feel supported, not just serviced.
  • Improving Processes : Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the team to suggest service improvements.
  • Ensuring Project Flow : Follow up with customers and other internal departments to ensure smooth, on-time completion of each stage.
  • Coordinating Across Teams : Prepare supporting documents and track submissions & invoices —working closely with our internal audit team.
  • Managing Customer Data : Keep records up to date and help identify delays or gaps in the process.
  • Problem-Solving with Heart : Bring initiative, observe patterns, and suggest workflow improvements when possible.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Customer-Focused Mindset : A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong Communication Skills : To connect with diverse client groups.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities : A knack for thinking on your feet and resolving challenges effectively.
  • Team Player : Collaborative spirit with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Previous supporting sales teams, coordination, or service-related experience is a plus (but not required)
  • This is not a fast-churn service role—you won't be handling endless calls or complaints.

    Instead, you'll work with kind customers who value clarity, follow-up, and honesty. You'll help them through structured processes that matter.
