About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Executive / Senior Executive to join our Project Development & Management team. You will play a central role in turning healthcare programme concepts into well-structured, high-impact projects. This includes project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
What you’ll be doing
Translate benefit package designs into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables. Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect programme integrity.
Support the integration of benefit package designs into project structures. Conduct literature reviews and assessments to validate feasibility and cost‑effectiveness. Analyse trends and utilisation data to inform project decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Medical, Operations) to ensure planning and execution remain aligned. Prepare project communications and technical materials for various stakeholders. Liaise with external healthcare providers and partners to support project delivery.
Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to operational teams. Support the development of SOPs and operational guidelines. Track KPI performance and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.
