Officer / Senior Officer / JE, Credit Processing (6 Months Contract)

To support HOD / SM / M / AM to ensure smooth operations and controls of the Credit Department, which shall include : Responsible for financing processing and approval process of financing disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard; Responsible for operational efficiency by meeting target of 48 hours TAT for credit processes; Responsible to perform operational support duties and to ensure processing are completed in a timely manner; Check and ensure accurate data information and scores are captured correctly with credit scoring automation; Responsible for ensuring that all credit recommendations are in compliance with credit criteria and ability to alert / detect fraud application; Compliance to P&P / PDPA & lending criteria; Timely revert to MR not later than 8 hours or within the same day, whichever earlier; Responsible to minimize audit risk with zero errors detected on audit finding; To assist on assignment / project as & when required; Timely update status & report to HOD / SM / M / AM from time to time; Responsible to term financing drawdown and collection to ensure proper reflection in e-ICBA and any other term financing related matter / report; Relief team member as and when required 1.2 To support HOD / SM / M / AM in reviewing, formulating, and implementing existing or new policies, procedures and special projects towards enhancing efficiency without compromising internal controls in

Able to start work immediately; Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree / in any field; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; Meticulous, fast learner and able to work under pressure; Flexibility in working extended hours especially during peak operational hours; Good ability to write and understand of Bahasa Malaysia; Person with disabilities are welcome to apply.
