Penerangan pekerjaanProvide real‑time visualization of service processes. Allow customers to track service requests online, while engineers use remote diagnostic tools to quickly locate and resolve issues, reducing onsite troubleshooting time. Generate automated “Operation and Maintenance Reports” to document service traceability and optimization. Deliver dedicated service teams for large‑scale customers, combining on‑site engineers with batch equipment management tools to handle cluster‑level monitoring and tasks. Ensure scalability and stability of large clusters. Strictly adhere to ISO 27001, ITIL standards, and industry‑specific compliance requirements. Guarantee data confidentiality with encrypted transmission and signed agreements. Provide compliance reports after service completion to meet audit standards. The Data Center Support Service Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive, end-to-end support throughout the lifecycle of data center operations. This includes early-stage architecture planning, commissioning, in-life operation and maintenance optimization, fault response, and long term reliability improvement. The role ensures high service quality, compliance, and security while supporting customer business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support spanning the entire “planning – deployment – operation – optimization” process.
- Pre‑sales planning and consulting : Precisely matching business needs.
- In‑sales deployment and delivery : Seamless integration with system implementation.
- After‑sales operation and maintenance : Rapid response to faults, proactive prevention, and spare parts support.
- Adapt services to evolving business growth and customer needs.
- Analyze and resolve issues from hardware failures to system compatibility, supported by internal Failure Analysis team.
- Feed analysis into product iteration to close the “service – optimization” loop.
