SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of construction projects for S.H. BUTTERWORTH ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. This full‑time position is based in Batu Kawan, Penang, and will involve managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving project success.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on‑site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and site policies
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project
