Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office workflow
Coordinate meetings and appointment arrangements
Maintain proper filing systems, records and databases
Perform office administration functions, including sourcing, purchasing and maintenance of office stationery, office equipment, pantry items and office premises.
Administration and maintain record of company properties such as company car, broadband, vehicle insurance and office key.
Maintain and update company general insurance policy, claim and report
Oversees general office upkeep and cleanliness
Identify and keep track of all licenses, permits, contracts and certification that need to be renewed
To support and assist regulatory related application matter
Supervise and guide junior admin to ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks
Liaise with internal department, vendors and service providers
Monitor office supplies, procurement, and vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in administration or related field.
Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage a team
