At least 1–2 years of experience in production or machine operation (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. About the role
As a Production Technician at Pocket Packaging Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. This full-time position is based in Kulali, Johor, and you will be responsible for the hands-on operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art production equipment.
What you'll be doing
- To set-up and operate the respective machine for production and ensure are performing their jobs in accordance with documented procedures.
- Preparation of production set-ups and conduct set-up inspection and to specify production processes in the work instructions and to ensure all work in accordance to the work instructions
- To ensure the tooling fabrication are following schedule and in proper control.
- To ensure production machine and equipments are operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
- To improve efficiency and capability by carrying out preventive maintenance.
- To record / update daily and monthly production record To carry out first-off production Inspection before mass production
