JOB PURPOSE

  • To manage inbound calls and outbound calls by providing optimum service to customers.
  • To resolve customer service enquiries and issues promptly, ensure effective and timely follow up.
  • To maintain and ensure customers' records are updated into customer database accurately.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To fulfil all call work assigned by Supervisor on a daily basis.
  • To attend and manage all inbound calls / emails and any other channels from donors and / or Charities.
  • To ensure details are entered in the system are correct and accurate at all times.
  • To ensure each call, inbound and outbound is handled professionally and courteously.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication skills over the phone with good command of English.
  • Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel.
  • ANY OTHER ATTRIBUTES

  • Mature, resourceful, tactful and diplomatic with excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated individuals with integrity, drive to achieve targets and possess good organizational skills.
