Job descriptionTo fulfil all call work assigned by Supervisor on a daily basis. To attend and manage all inbound calls / emails and any other channels from donors and / or Charities. To ensure details are entered in the system are correct and accurate at all times. To ensure each call, inbound and outbound is handled professionally and courteously. Good communication skills over the phone with good command of English. Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel. Mature, resourceful, tactful and diplomatic with excellent listening skills. Self-motivated individuals with integrity, drive to achieve targets and possess good organizational skills.
JOB PURPOSE
- To manage inbound calls and outbound calls by providing optimum service to customers.
- To resolve customer service enquiries and issues promptly, ensure effective and timely follow up.
- To maintain and ensure customers' records are updated into customer database accurately.
