As the art director in graphic design, you will lead visual concept development, manage teams of designers and creatives, ensuring brand consistency for our clients events, and oversees the execution of visual projects, focusing on delivering compelling and effective visual communication
Conceptualization and Strategy :
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and styles specifically for events, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Create key visuals for events, including storyboards, mood boards, and other visual presentations to communicate ideas to the team and clients.
- Determine the overall aesthetic and visual direction for events, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums.
- Actively explore & implement new GenAl design softwares to help achieve high quality creative outputs
Team Leadership and Collaboration :
Lead and mentor teams of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creatives, providing guidance and feedback.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to understand event requirements and ensure alignment.Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions for events.Work closely with the event, operations & 3D team to develop proposals and visual presentations for event concepts.Design Execution and Production :
Oversee the production of visual assets for events, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.Manage project timelines working closely with event and operations managers and other team members.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Review and approve design work, providing feedback and revisions as needed.Maintain organized files and assets for each project, ensuring easy access for team members.Client Relations :
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for events.Present design concepts and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring the final product meets their requirements.Staying Up to Date :
