AI / ML Engineer (Remote, Salary + Equity)

We're building the AI core of our product - and we need someone who can take messy, scattered data and turn it into structured intelligence that actually works in production. If you want to move fast, solve real problems, and see your models shape how users experience a product, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data pipelines : cleaning, structuring, and labeling data for scale.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models (NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems — whatever solves the problem).
• Work closely with engineering to ship AI / ML features that go live, not just sit in notebooks.
• Experiment fast, measure impact, and iterate - no ivory tower research, just production-grade ML.
