Technician

Overview

Conducts routine maintenance check and rectify to ensure operational efficiency of machines and equipment. Continuously monitor process parameters to ensure machines running at most optimal condition. Attends and rectify minor machines upsets limited to mechanical related downtime in timely manner. Actively engaged in tidying up plant & machine. Work closely with production operators to ensure optimal operation method being implemented in term of know how-to operate machinery. To develop ideas for optimized plant operation to further increase production yield and reduce operational cost. Ensure workplace safety and 5S are followed and being practiced. To perform other additional tasks that are relevant and necessary to accomplish the company overall objectives, which may be assigned from time to time. Preparing report as requested related to machine and plant.
