To plan / organize and implementing effective marketing programs and strategies to meet the Group’s sales objective.
To implement relevant policies, activities, procedures as required by the property development system.
To oversee the overall marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Group’s sales objectives and provide high levels of quality service to continuously position the Group as a market leader in property development.
Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the project’s market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans to meet the Group’s expectations.
To provide sufficient manpower for launches, special events and exhibitions.
Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking.
Able to build, lead and motivate a team of competent personnel for marketing.
Responsible for the development of marketing & promotional materials in line with individual project’s marketing plan and activities.
To continuously build and promote Mah Sing Group’s brand name and is responsible in the branding exercise of the Group as well as for the individual projects within the Group.
To ensure all marketing collaterals in line with marketing concept and meet customer’s needs and expectation.
To fully handle hotel’s marketing campaigns, preparing sales & advertising contracts, advertising material such as online advertisement.
Work together with sales department or any other revenue generating departments in preparing and designing appropriate promotional tools to support the promotion and any other activities.
Form and decide on appropriate marketing tools or interventions used whenever new strategy / approach is adopted.
Drive the marketing communication team to work and generate good quality result in areas of advertising, publicity and communication to support the property goals including sales target.
Maintain active relationship with Event Organizer / Inter‑department staff to share industry ideas and best practices.
To lead the team effectively and fulfilled all the Company’s requirement, objectives and target.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing Management / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years experience in Marketing.
Experience in Managerial position in property industry or equivalent.
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills in building relationship regardless of internal or external.
