Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing, electronics engineering, or electronics industry. MUST have experience working in a recruiter or talent acquisition company. Experience in hiring or managing component sales engineers is highly preferred. Experience with component sales engineer resources is encouraged. Familiar with Malaysian labour laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Mandarin is required due to frequent communication with Mandarin‑speaking employees and stakeholders. Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Technical Sales Engineer Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related).
- MUST have prior experience working in an electronics components company.
- MUST hands‑on experience in selling electronic components such as wire harnesses, cables, fasteners, diodes, oscillators, ICs, SSDs, connectors, etc.
- Proven track record in sales and customer engagement, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fresh graduates (Engineering courses) are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with China customers.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
