Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Develop sales plans and strategies, while guiding the retail team to achieve set targets.
- Work closely with headquarters and platforms to align with company strategies and ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor product movement, coordinate timely stock replenishment, and ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise customer service activities, address escalated issues, and ensure a positive customer journey.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and motivation of store employees to maintain high engagement and service quality.
- Maintain strong communication and cooperation with retail partners to drive seamless execution of business strategies.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in retail operations or retail management.Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, merchandising standards, and customer engagement practices.Proven leadership and people management skills.Analytical and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to support customer service initiatives and resolve issues effectively.Comfortable acting as a key link between retail partners, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM4, RM4,600.00 per month
