Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Support the sales team through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations.
- Prepare sales analysis reports (customer purchase history) and conduct in-depth investigation and analysis.
- Prepare product comparisons, whitepapers, and case studies to highlight competitive advantages.
- Identify new market opportunities and propose product enhancements to increase market share.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, engineering teams, and suppliers to address technical queries and product-related issues.
- Deliver product training to distributors, resellers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to create brochures, datasheets, online content, and promotional materials.
- Participate in product launches, trade shows, and webinars to promote product awareness.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and practical solutions for hardware-related concerns.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability meets market demand.
