Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth within the advertising / marketing sector.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing approaches.

Generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline for the sales team.

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client projects.

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's services.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding marketing principles and business strategies.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Client Relationship Management, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.

Exhibit a solid understanding of Market Analysis techniques, including the ability to research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Develop and implement effective Sales Strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and expand the customer base.

Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online marketing, networking, and cold outreach, to fuel the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Display excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.

Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales and marketing field.

Be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, fostering collaboration and engagement with the team and clients.
