Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and develop potential new customers within the assigned region through various channels such as field visits, cold calls, customer referrals, and industry exhibitions, to achieve the companys sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with existing customers to maintain strong relationships, deeply understand their needs, and provide professional solutions and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Independently handle the full sales process including client meetings, product demonstrations, quotations, and contract signing, while actively following up on order execution and delivery progress.
• Accurately collect and analyze market information and competitor trends, and provide timely feedback to the sales manager to support strategic decision-making.
• Responsible for following up on customer receivables and ensuring timely payments to maintain healthy company cash flow.
• Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database within the assigned region, regularly update sales progress, and submit daily and weekly sales reports as required.
