As a Senior Software Engineer (SWE III) at Finexus International Sdn Bhd, you will play a strategic role in designing and optimizing complex systems that power digital payments and financial applications. Job Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements and vice versa Manage the set-up and configuration of systems Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance Creating system guidelines and manual Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are reliable, viable and consistent Manage and lead a team of developers in various roles Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Banking / Financial / Payment System is required. Familiar in Databases : SQL (Oracle DB & MariaDB) Familiar in programming languages : Java, Objective-C, Swift Additional advantageous competencies such as Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and Spring Framework and Microservices Architecture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong systems & software architecture and technical knowledge on core business applications. Strong management, organizational & presentation skills. Strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal, decisiveness and time management skills. Why Join Us
