Acquire new customers via outbound tele-calling.
Engage existing clients to deepen relationships and promote banking products.
Follow up on online leads and form drop-offs to convert into successful sales.
Sales Execution
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend suitable financial solutions.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail banking products and digital offerings.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and the Group’s Code of Conduct.
Collect and verify client information in accordance with KYC and verification protocols.
Operational Excellence
Utilize dialers and lead management systems effectively to maximize productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales Support, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Provide feedback on client insights and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Requirements :

Open to Fresh Graduates – Minimum SPM qualification and above.
