Operation Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum of 3–5 years of working experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar ERP systems) for inventory and warehouse operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, delegate, and motivate staff. Hands-on attitude, willing to work alongside the team when required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Plan and manage outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Liaise with transporters, logistics providers, and internal teams for smooth shipment flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance and productivity targets
- Provide daily operational feedback and reports to management
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Actively participate in warehouse activities when needed (hands-on support)
