Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage and mentor a team of sales associates and appraisers, providing coaching and support to meet individual and team goals. Develop and execute strategies to drive store sales, monitor KPIs, and improve overall performance. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to align with brand values and seasonal trends. Handle customer escalations and provide solutions to ensure positive experiences. Analyze sales reports and inventory data to optimize product displays and inventory levels. Coordinate with head office departments for HR, logistics, marketing, and procurement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards. Plan staff scheduling, conduct performance evaluations, and manage hiring / training processes. Lead by example, promoting a customer-first culture and a professional store environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Any Fields Having 5 years of Store Manager experience in Retail Industry Having Interest in Fashion, Bag, Jewelly and so on
