Overview
We are seeking a Boutique Manager to craft memorable client experiences, create fulfilling employee experiences, and implement a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
Responsibilities
- Reach quantitative and qualitative targets in line with Maison objectives
- Propose, define, and guarantee the implementation of dynamic action plans to improve Boutique performance and achieve Maison goals
- Initiate Boutique events and activities to boost sales and traffic
- Monitor the local business environment and its impact on sales, including competitors’ activities
- Contribute to growing Brand reputation and desirability in the market through networking outside the Boutique
- Drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique and regional teams
- Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects
- Build and develop VVIP relationships and database
- Provide the team with a strong sense of purpose, foster cohesive teamwork, and reinforce engagement
- Communicate, federate, and motivate the boutique team around the Maison’s strategy and vision
- Drive performance management to achieve KPIs and exceed expectations
- Design the optimal organization, recruit the right profiles, and proactively manage talent pipeline
- Develop positive relationships with team by addressing motivation, needs, and concerns
- Identify training needs and individual development plans; execute regular role plays and on-the-spot coaching
- Adhere to the brand values and rituals of presentation; act as a brand ambassador and maintain the brand’s image with clients and the local retail community
- Be the key contact for interactions with the Group and International HQ
- Drive change management to adopt new tools and services
- Ensure boutique operations comply with Brand and group policies
- Follow Brand and Richemont procedures
