Oversee the entire handling over of vacant possession (VP) process i.e. keys arrangement, checklist, forms, VP handbooks and VP kits.
Ensure handing over is done as per schedule.
Conduct briefing to purchasers on VP and defect submission process.
Respond to the purchasers' feedbacks / queries in tactful manner.
Follow up closely with purchasers regarding complaints, project defects and rectification requests, provide suggestions / solutions and make sure purchasers are satisfied with the outcome.
Work closely with project team to ensure repair works are done according to schedule.
Conduct report to follow up on project rectification status, update and participate in joint / preinspection of property with purchasers.
Plan and ensure daily smooth running of Customer Service Office.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Administration / Management or equivalent.
Preferably at least 3 years experience in customer service line / property development company.
Strongly customer oriented and able to provide excellent customer services.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good tempered, patient and polite.
Good command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
Computer savvy with good ability to draft emails and handle social media.
Working Days And Working Hours
5-day work week (Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm)
