Job Purpose : The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers at MIMOS. This role is responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Notify staff members of visitors’ arrival promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.

Call Handling & Communication

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls appropriately.
  • Take and relay accurate messages when necessary.
  • Provide basic information to callers or visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Mail & Courier Management

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
  • Handle outgoing mail and courier arrangements efficiently.
  • Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing simple documents, reports, and correspondence when required.
  • Maintain records of visitors, mail logs, and related documentation.
  • Support office administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, or stationery requests.
  • Provide general assistance to other departments as instructed by the supervisor.
