Job Purpose
The IT System Analyst will play a supportive role in the management, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's core enterprise systems and infrastructure. This position offers a foundational opportunity for a highly motivated individual to learn and grow within a dynamic technology environment, contributing to the stability and efficiency of critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage enterprise technology platforms to ensure smooth operation, consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and alignment with business requirements.
Resolve issues promptly based on severity, escalating complex technical problems to vendors or senior team members for timely resolution.
Support periodic system maintenance activities, including coordinating communication with business users, providing standby support, and conducting smoke testing.
Support the design and implementation of projects and initiatives with business stakeholders, IT representatives, and vendors to enhance system performance, expand features, or add new functionalities.
Participate in the full lifecycle of new modules or enhancements, from requirements gathering and development to testing and deployment on the Enterprise Systems platform.
Assess business enhancement requests, conduct thorough testing, and facilitate the rollout of approved system enhancements to the market.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across various systems.
Provide direct technical assistance and support for user requests related to enterprise systems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and solutions, providing recommendations that can simplify end‑user processes and lead to overall system improvements within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1 year of experience in an IT System Analyst, systems administration, Application Support or related technical role.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise applications and systems (e.g., BackOffice, CRM, HRMS systems).
Experience in system monitoring, incident management, and basic troubleshooting.
Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL querying is a significant advantage.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles (e.g., ITIL) is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
