Job Responsibility
Perform data entry of accounting records and transactions into the system accurately and timely.
Assist in checking and verifying data in SQL-based accounting systems.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling basic entries.
Assist in generating simple financial or transaction reports using Excel or internal systems.
Liaise with internal teams for document collection, payment processing, and clarifications.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting / filtering, basic pivot table is a plus).
Comfortable with using or learning SQL-based accounting systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
Good attitude and willingness to learn.
