Job Title : Staff Nurse

Location : Kelana Jaya, Selangor

Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Negotiable) + allowance

Job Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs by ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Your duties include :

Providing Care

  • Deliver one-on-one care to children with disabilities / special needs, based on individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily activities : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Monitoring

  • Check and record vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration, temperature, SPO₂).
  • Observe for signs of distress or changes in condition, and report concerns promptly.

    • Administering Medication

  • Administer prescribed medications safely.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

    • Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness

  • Ensure a safe, hygienic environment and proper use of medical equipment.

    • Managing Equipment & Supplies

  • Oversee usage and availability of healthcare supplies and equipment.

    • Collaboration

  • Work closely with caregivers, healthcare staff, and other team members.

    • Education & Support

  • Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers.

    • Assessment & Wound Care

  • Monitor infections and assess wound healing progress.

    • Advocacy

  • Advocate for improved healthcare and services for children with special needs.

    • Requirements

  • Female candidate, Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Must be a registered nurse with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to cover additional hours (night / weekend) only when required.

    • Salary & Benefits

    RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Negotiable) + allowance after confirmation

    Working Hours

    Normal Hours (Main Schedule) :

  • Monday – Friday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

    • Additional Coverage (Only if required) :

  • Night shift (9 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) or weekend hours, based on children's care needs or emergencies.

    • Staff are expected to work normal office hours as the standard schedule, with extra shifts only when requested to support children's requirements.
