Commercial Banking Relationship Management As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at OCBC, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers, helping them achieve their goals and grow their businesses. You will work with product specialists to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs, delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Conduct regular client reviews to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with product specialists to develop tailored solutions (e.g., cash management, trade finance, lending products)
Provide exceptional service by responding to queries and resolving issues
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business or finance)
At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking or related field
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
