Key Responsibilities :
Act with Integrity : Promote Machines culture, values, and mission through your actions and words.
Create a Positive Learning Environment : Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all team members.
Develop Positive Relationships : Build rapport with assigned store teams, addressing their motivations, requirements, and concerns.
Provide Feedback : Offer constructive feedback to store leaders and district managers regarding retail staff performance.
Conduct Various Training Sessions : Adhere to Apple and Machines Sdn Bhd requirements for Training, including : -
Conduct classroom training sessions on Apple products and induction training for new joiners.
Attend and pass the Quarterly Apple T3 session (Train the Trainer).
Conduct In-store Apple Customer Experience role play and knowledge check quizzes with the store teams.
Conduct Corporate training for Business customers who make substantial purchases of Apple devices.
Conduct Personal training for customers who purchase MPP or request it in- store.
Develop Quarterly learning content in line with Machines and Apple's business needs.
Travel to respective stores for knowledge check and staff development while building a rapport with the store team.
Conduct Staff development sessions for retail staff to demonstrate capabilities and product knowledge.
Must meet Apple KPI for Machines by conducting T3 topics within the quarter.
Conduct Ad-hoc duties when requested by the Machines Head of Operations and Senior Training Manager.
Job Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good presentation skills with the ability to present content to large crowds or in front of a camera.
Strategic thinking skills to plan and adapt strategies for competing demands and tight deadlines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development (ideally with Customer Service exposure).
Ability to drive assigned training initiatives and projects.
Quick learning of new technology, practices, and market needs to drive new programs.
Good organisational and project management skills.
Proficient in online and in-person learning methods.
Collaborative and independent with minimal supervision.
Engages effectively with stakeholders, including senior management.
Must posses own transport and travel within assigned areas in Malaysia.
