Production Engineer

Responsibilities :

Good understanding of process unit operations, waste management, process troubleshooting and manpower arrangement.

Knowledgeable in the regulatory requirement related to safety, environment, etc

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on shifts.

Reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility to lead and supervise the production crew in the shifts to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Duties include achieving production targets, trouble-shooting, ensuring quality and safety at work and maintaining the discipline of the workforce.

Requirements :

Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Strong analytical mind, trouble-shooting skills and ability to meet tight product schedules.

Being Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage as required to work with a consultant from China.

Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.

Has strong leadership skills and possesses strong critical thinking.

Pay : RM2, RM3,400.00 per month
