Job Responsibilities
Attending site matters
- Checking site readiness before installation. Organize and execute QCAT (Quality Conformance Awareness Training) prior to installation.
- Do regular site inspection to ensure the installation as per method statement & design specification.
- Adhering to safety regulations.
- Follow up closely with relevant parties to close the non-compliance report.
- Identifying and resolving any on-site challenges.
- Coordinating with site teams to meet project requirements.
- Monitor the project progress.
Conducting on-site training for the new SolidPanel installer.
Handling customer complaints
Investigating complaints related to product quality or installation.Ensuring issues are resolved promptly to meet customer satisfaction.Communicating with internal teams to find and fix the root cause of problems.
Preparing technical reports
Writing reports after handling complaints or site issues.
Documenting findings, solutions, and recommendations for improvement.Keeping records of site visits and problem resolutions for future use.
Suggesting ways to improve products or installation processes based on customer feedback.
Identify high-quality installers and submit the recommendation to be part of UAC's installers.Job Requirements
Min qualification Bachelor Degree in Civil EngineeringVery good understanding of Architectural, M &E, and C&S drawingsAble to coordinate and commincate well with main contractors, consultants and sub-contractorsAt least 5 years of working experience in building constructionGood management and problem-solving skills on sitePossesses own transportation and is willing to travel within a short period and can outstation.Computer literate such as Autocad and Sketch UpFamiliar with Microsoft office (word / Excel / PowerPointSelf-motivated, able to work independently
