Senior HR Executive
Job Descriptions :
- Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations & payroll.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Coordinating employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
- Report to the HR Manager for work purposes&required to travel to the related government place and take care overall all the HR functions & ad hoc tasks.
